		<title>Gazpacho pentru petrecere</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pentru mine, marea descoperire a acestei veri a fost reteta cum nu poate fi mai simpla si care te scapa din cel putin trei situatii complicate: (1) cand trebuie sa faci de mancare in 10 minute, iar frigiderul e aproape gol; (2) cand ai chef de o supa in mijlocul verii, dar n-ai da drumul la aragaz nici sa te pice cu ceara; (3) cand tii o dieta “raw food” (in numarul din septembrie gasesti relatarea completa a peripetiilor aferente) si vrei sa bei si altceva in afara de apa, limonada si fresh de portocale.</p>
<p>Gazpacho se trage din sudul Spaniei si, la origine, continea rosii, ardei, castraveti, paine alba invechita, usturoi, ulei de masline si otet. Insa, in zilele noastre, denumeste orice supa rece de rosii plus alte legume care se pot manca crude (lumea adauga celery, avocado, bucati de morcov, fire de patrunjel, marar etc.). Se baga totul la robot (pentru o consistenta mai fina, rosiile de decojesc sau se trec printr-o sita, dupa ce sunt pasate), se dilueaza cu apa, dupa gust, si gata! Mai trebuie doar sa tii supa cateva ore la frigider sau – daca nu mai ai rabdare – o poti pune direct in boluri, peste cuburi de gheata.</p>
<p>Reteta mea e mai saraca decat cea traditionala (s-a intamplat ca, in ziua respectiva, sa nu am ardei in frigider), dar are un element special, care o transforma intr-un antreu/aperitiv perfect pentru petrecerile cu prietenii.<br />
Crezi ca o banala supa e demna doar de petrecerile la care participa bunica? Chiar si atunci cand e turnata in pahare cu picior si arata mai degraba a Bloody Mary?<br />
Hai mai gandeste-te o data…</p>
<p>Ideea de a transforma ‘supa saracului’ in ceva mai elegant mi-a fost servita pe tava (sau, mai bine zis, la pahar) de Antonio Passarelli, care – intr-o seara arida de iulie – a gatit un intreg meniu cu brandy. Friptura de vita stinsa cu alcool si crema de branza aromata cu diverse tipuri de lichior imi erau familiare, dar la o supa alcoolizata nu ma mai gandisem pana acum! Ideea mi s-a parut minunata (genul de idee care te lasa cu gura cascata si cu mintea goala, in care se zbate un sigur gand: “Cum de nu mi-a trecut si mie prin cap asa ceva?!”), asa ca am adaptat-o (am eliminat crevetii si, vrand nevrand, ardeii), apoi am adoptat-o.</p>
<p><strong>Gazpacho cu vinars</strong><br />
(2 portii mari sau 4-6 portii mici; timp de pregatire: 10-15 min.)</p>
<p>4 rosii foarte coapte, decojite<br />
4 castraveti mici, decojiti<br />
3 catei de usturoi<br />
2 lingurite de sos Worcestershire<br />
1 lingura otet de vin rosu<br />
2 linguri ulei de masline extravirgin<br />
2 linguri de vinars<br />
sare si piper, dupa gust</p>
<p>Se pun toate ingredientele intr-un robot, se paseaza, se asezoneaza dupa gust, apoi se da supa la rece.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dupa 3 zile de facut limonada trandafirie am ramas fara zmeura. Asa ca iata reteta mea de limonada adaptata: 2 grapefruit rosu, 1 lamaie, o mana de capsuni, niste frunze de menta, putin ghimbir, miere si apa minerala.</p>

<p>Se storc grapefruit-urile si lamaia si se toarna in carafa. Se paseaza cu blenderul capsunile cu menta si niste gheata. Amestecul se trece prin sita si se toarna in carafa. Se adauga gheata si miere.</p>
<p>A fost prima data cand am indraznit sa folosesc ghimbir. Adina, iarta-ma daca nu asa se face. Eu l-am curatat si dat pe razatoare.<br />
La final am turnat apa minerala, pentru ca imi place sa fie asa efervescenta.<br />
Stiu ca unii prefera cu apa plata.<br />
Am decorat cu niste frunze de menta.</p>
<p>De stiut ca in Matache se vinde si menta cu radacini. Asa ca dupa ce jumulesti de frunze toate tulpinile poti planta radacinile de menta. Asa vei avea propriul ghiveci la indemana in curand.<br />
Dupa aceasta ciudata adaptare a limonadei trandafirii, am obtinut o delicioasa limonada la fel de trandafirie, un litru.</p>
<p>Vasele de spalat: o chiuveta, nivel mediu de dificultate.</p>
