			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pestele copt in crusta de sare iese moale (ti se sfarama intre degete) si extrem de savuros (pentru ca toate aromele sunt &#8216;captive&#8217; inauntru, in crusta de sare). A fost atat de bun incat de-abia ne-am abtinut sa nu-l mancam in picioare, pe loc, inainte sa ajunga in farfurii.</p>
<p>Reteta e ideala pentru cei care au emotii legate de pestele la cuptor (recunosc, eu sunt unul dintre ei; il gatesc &#8216;la ochi&#8217; si, de cele mai multe ori, il scot cand e un pic prea uscat).</p>
<p><strong>Lup de mare in crusta de sare</strong></p>
<p>Pentru doi pesti mari, ai nevoie de:<br />
9 albusuri de ou<br />
1,5 kg sare de mare<br />
225 g faina<br />
cativa catei de usturoi (decojiti), cateva fire de rozmarin si de cimbru</p>
<p>1. Se bat ouale spuma (cel mai usor e daca folosesti un mixer), apoi se adauga sarea, amestecand bine, si &#8211; la final &#8211; faina.<br />
2. Pestii, curatati in interior si spalati bine, se umplu cu usturoi, cimbru si rozmarin. Pe o tava de copt, se pune un strat din amestecul de sare; deasupra se pun pestii, care se acopera cu restul de amestec (nu trebuie sa ramana nicio bucatica neacoperita). Se preseaza bine.<br />
3. Se baga in cuptorul incins la 210°C, timp de 25 de minute.</p>

Am inceput ziua gustos:
La micul-dejun: piure de mere si ovaz, aromat cu scortisoara + iaurt (degresat) + miere (nu, nu am mancat tot borcanul din imagine) + cateva bucatele de miez de nuca (da, nu sunt 'low-fat', dar sunt doar 'cateva'; in plus, au grasimi sanatoase).]]></description>

Ieri m-am intors de la teatru dupa miezul noptii (zilele astea, la Bucuresti, are loc <a href="http://www.fnt.ro/" target="_blank">Festivalul National de Teatru</a>), asa ca nu am pregatit nimic pentru pranzul de azi. Voi manca branza fagaras, paine (de secara) si cruditati (un ardei gras si doi castraveti).<br />
<br />
In schimb, am avut timp sa-mi pregatesc mancarea de seara: supa-crema de morcovi, telina (ramase de la salata de ieri) si fasole uscata (tot un rest de mancare, de saptamana trecuta). Si planuiesc o &#8217;soda bread&#8217; (dupa o reteta irlandeza), adica o paine crescuta rapid, cu bicarbonat de sodiu, care e gata in doar 30 de minute. Mai ca as sari peste cruditatile de la pranz&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cititorii revistei sunt familiarizati cu rubrica &#8216;jurnal de dieta&#8217;, pe care am inceput-o in luna septembrie. Inarmata cu mult entuziasm (care a mai scazut in intensitate, mai ales dupa ce am incercat raw-food) si curiozitate (nu, aceasta n-a disparut; acum doua saptamani am avut prima intalnire cu friptura de crocodil), am inceput sa experimentez timp de o saptamana lucratoare (in weekend tin regim &#8220;normal&#8221;, adica mananc de toate), iar apoi sa impartasesc frustrarile, nedumeririle, micile esecuri si marile succese.<br />
<br />
Acum, ca tot avem blog, voi publica jurnalul in timp real, de luni pana vineri. Sper sa primesc indemnuri si recomandari de la cei care au incercat deja dieta.<br />
<br />
Astazi e prima zi de dieta fara grasimi (sau, mai bine zis, cu cat mai putine grasimi nesanatoase).<br />
La micul dejun: gutui coapte, iaurt natural (degresat) si fulgi de ovaz.<br />
La pranz: o portie mare de piure de spanac, cu usturoi, lapte si un strop de ulei de masline.<br />
La masa de seara inca nu ma gandesc (am avut o mica tentativa, dar mi-a venit in minte doar o bucata groasa de branza Gruyere, care are &#8211; din pacate &#8211; vreo 45% grasime).<br />
<br />
Deci tineti-mi pumnii in seara asta!</p>
