<p>Sper ca toata lumea a retinut: incepand de maine ne gasiti la targul Good Wine, unde o sa gatim o minunatie de meniu de Paste, in stil Good Food. Si pentru ca nu mai aveam rabdare, <a href="http://goodfood.ro/author/adina/">Adina</a> a pregatit chiar azi, in bucataria redactiei, cheesecake-ul cu fructe de padure.</p>
<p>N-o sa va divulgam secretul retetei, dar puteti sa ne iscoditi mai mult duminica, ba chiar sa gustati delicioasa prajitura, la standul Good Food de la targul GoodWine.</p>
<p>Dar pana atunci, nu uitati ca maine, intre 15:00 si 18:00, va asteptam cu tagine de miel cu aroma marocana. De asemenea, sambata (15:00-17:00) o sa va rasfatam cu un pate fin cu salvie si stafide, iar invitatul nostru, Antonio Passarelli, va pregati o omleta italiana traditionala de Paste, o omleta de spaghetti, crostini cu rosii &amp;  mozzarella si crostini cu rosii si pesto genovese.</p>

<p>Adina, Food Editorul nostru, si Cristina (Mazi), noul Redactor-Sef, vor gati – vineri, sambata si duminica – un delicios meniu de Paste reinterpretat, la targul GoodWine de la World Trade Plaza.</p>
<p>Poate ati citit meniul nostru de Paste din revista, care are drept desert o prajitura cu ciocolata alba si rodie (in ton cu felul principal &#8211; tagine de miel). Ei bine, nu ne dezicem de ea, insa la targ &#8211; pentru ca vrem sa gatim desertul, dar sa-l si mancam – vom aborda o varianta mai rapida. Cheesecake-ul nostru nu va sta cateva ore la frigider, insa va intra 40 de minute la cuptor inainte de a-l decora cu delicioase fructe de padure <img src='http://goodfood.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

Ador dulciurile, prajiturile, torturile, dar cele “grele”, cu creme dense de ciocolata&#8230; Insa placinta asta este atat de frageda si de aromata incat nu ma pot opri decat dupa vreo 4-5 bucati.<br />
Nu are foaie deasupra, asa ca pot spune ca seamana, mai degraba, cu un cheesecake.</p>

PENTRU FOAIE<br />
1 pachet de unt moale<br />
1 pahar de apa (200ml)<br />
2 linguri otet de mere<br />
sare<br />
coaja rasa de lamaie sau portocala<br />
faina cat cuprinde</p>
<p>PENTRU UMPLUTURA<br />
6 oua<br />
1kg de branza dulce<br />
1/2kg iaurt<br />
1 praf de sare<br />
200g de stafide, spalate si curatate de codite<br />
1 sticluta esenta de rom<br />
cateva linguri de zahar (optional)</p>
<p>Pentru foaie, se amesteca toate ingredientele, iar aluatul obtinut se tine la frigider aproximativ 2 ore. Se poate face cantitate mai mare si se poate pastra la frigider pana la 2 zile. Coca se intinde cu sucitorul pana cand foaia ajunge la o grosime de aproximativ 5mm. Ca varianta mai rapida, se pot folosi foile de placinta din comert.<br />
Se amesteca 4 oua cu celelalte ingrediente pentru umplutura si se intind pe foaie. Celelalte 2 oua se bat si se toarna peste umplutura. Se da la cuptor pana cand devin aurii.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Din mai tot poftesc la prajitura cu branza, fructe de padure si ciocolata alba, asa ca duminica m-am pus pe gatit.</p>
<p>Fructele le-am luat din piata Matache de vineri dimineata: capsuni – 6 lei, zmeura – 15 lei.<br />
Iar duminica la pranz tot ce am gasit la Mega Image au fost ciocolata alba, am luat Milka, 3 bucati – 3,44 lei, 3 cutii de Philadelphia simpla 4,24 lei, un pachet de biscuiti speculous – 6,99 lei si frisca lichida Hulala, 500 ml, 6,09 lei.</p>
<p>De vineri pana duminica insa am terminat zmeura tot facand limonada trandafirie, alta slabiciune de sezon. N-am gasit nici la Mega, iar la piata e bine de stiut ca duminica la pranz nu se mai gaseste zmeura.<br />
Asa ca m-am pus pe adaptat reteta deja. De fapt, incepatoare incepatoare, dar putina creativitate nu strica niciodata. Am inlocuit zmeura cu capsuni.</p>

<p>Odata aleasa muzica adecvata – sugerez coloana sonora din “about a boy”, m-am apucat de topit ciocolata.<br />
Am amestecat branza, zaharul, frisca si mi-am dat seama ca m-am aiurit si am luat prea putina Philadelphia. Schimbare de plan si am iesit sa mai cumpar 2 cutii de branza.<br />
La intoarcere am continuat cu branza si ciocolata topita si am amestecat cu mixerul. Pana aici reteta este intr-adevar foarte usoara.<br />
Am ales o forma de chec cat pentru 8 portii, cum zice Adina in reteta, am tapetat-o cu hartie de copt. Intotdeauna este insa greu sa faci hartia asta sa stea, asa ca am prins-o cu niste carlige. Am uns-o cu putin ulei si am turnat jumatate din ciocolata-branzo-frisca. Am gustat. Bun. Am amestecat cele 10 zmeure scapate din limonada cu niste dulceata de zmeura si capsuni si am turnat acest delicios amestec peste primul strat de compozitie. Deasupra am turnat si restul compozitiei. La final am asezat cu mare grija sa nu se scufunde biscuitii. Ultimul a trebuit rupt pe jumatate. Am imbracat bine in folie alimentara si am bagat la frigider.</p>
<p>Dupa mai mult de 6 ore, am scos forma de chec din frigider. Am inlaturat folia si cu ajutorul unei farfurii am rasturnat prajitura pe un platou.</p>
<p>Am pasat cu un blender mic o mana de capsuni si putina dulceata de zmeura cu capsuni. Am sarit asadar peste pusul pe foc, pentru ca mi s-a parut inutil.<br />
Am trecut sosul prin sita si a iesit ceva grozav.<br />
Am taiat capsunile si le-am asezat deasupra prajiturii si peste am turnat niste sos.<br />
A iesit mai moale decat ma asteptam si am mancat cu lingura. Dar este delicioasa. Adina, unde am gresit?</p>
<p>Intre timp am repornit cd-ul cu muzica, asadar reteta si curatatul de dupa au durat cam cat 2 play-uri.<br />
Dupa nivelul de vase acumulate, aceasta reteta se ridica la 2 chiuvete pline, cu grad mediu de dificultate de curatat.</p>
