<div id="_mcePaste">150 g fructe de padure</div>
<div>Topesti untul. Intr-un bol bati oul cu zaharul. Adaugi apoi untul topit si smantana.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">In alt bol amesteci faina cu sarea si praful de copt, apoi torni ingredientele lichide si incorporezi. Adaugi si fructele de padure si amesteci.</div>
<div>Apoi pui in forme si bagi la cuptor 25 de minute. Vor iesi 12 briose delicioase, cu aroma de vara.</div>

<p>Adina, Food Editorul nostru, si Cristina (Mazi), noul Redactor-Sef, vor gati – vineri, sambata si duminica – un delicios meniu de Paste reinterpretat, la targul GoodWine de la World Trade Plaza.</p>
<p>Poate ati citit meniul nostru de Paste din revista, care are drept desert o prajitura cu ciocolata alba si rodie (in ton cu felul principal &#8211; tagine de miel). Ei bine, nu ne dezicem de ea, insa la targ &#8211; pentru ca vrem sa gatim desertul, dar sa-l si mancam – vom aborda o varianta mai rapida. Cheesecake-ul nostru nu va sta cateva ore la frigider, insa va intra 40 de minute la cuptor inainte de a-l decora cu delicioase fructe de padure <img src='http://goodfood.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Daca aveti o reteta de biscuiti mai rapida decat cea de mai jos, spuneti-ne-o si noua sau &#8211; mai bine &#8211; trimiteti-o pe adresa redactiei, sub forma produsului finit. Nu de alta, dar pregatim numarul viitor al revistei si avem asa o pofta de rontait&#8230;</p>
<p>Biscuiti albi<br />
PREPARARE: 20 de minute; 20 de bucati</p>
<p>100g nuca de cocos deshidratata<br />
60g zahar<br />
2 albusuri<br />
1 praf de sare</p>
<p>1 Se incinge cuptorul la 180C si se tapeteaza o tava cu hartie de copt. Albusurile se bat usor, cu un praf de sare (nu trebuie sa se transforme in spuma, ca la bezele).</p>
<p>2 Se iau lingurite de amestec, se pun in tava si se aplatizeaza usor cu dosul linguritei.</p>
<p>3 Tava se da la cuptor timp de 10 minute (biscuitii trebuie sa fie crocanti si perfect albi deasupra).</p>

Vizitatorii  sunt asteptati la World Trade Plaza - Hotel Pullman, unde se vor putea desfata  cu o gama larga de cafea, ceai, ciocolata, biscuiti, napolitane, dar si bauturi  cu arome de cafea sau cacao.

M-am intors aseara dintr-o mini-vacanta in Cipru, cu valiza umpluta pe jumatate cu mancare: haloumi (o branza din lapte de oaie si capra, buna de pus pe gratar), sirop de carob (un indulcitor natural extras din pastaile de carob, asemanatoare roscovelor de la noi), salvie uscata (pentru ceai), o lamaie (de care nu m-am indurat s-o las in camera de hotel) si soutzouko (un dulce care la ei se mananca la cafea, iar – la noi in redactie – pur si simplu)]]></description>

<p>M-am intors aseara dintr-o mini-vacanta in Cipru, cu valiza umpluta pe jumatate cu mancare: haloumi (o branza din lapte de oaie si capra, buna de pus pe gratar), sirop de carob (un indulcitor natural extras din pastaile de carob, asemanatoare roscovelor de la noi), salvie uscata (pentru ceai), o lamaie (de care nu m-am indurat s-o las in camera de hotel) si soutzouko (un dulce care la ei se mananca la cafea, iar &#8211; la noi in redactie &#8211; pur si simplu).</p>
<p>Soutzouko e o versiune mai stilata a rahatului turcesc, facuta din suc de struguri, in loc de zahar. Sucul se fierbe, se amesteca (de-abia a doua zi) cu faina, apoi se trag migdale sau nuci pe o sfoara si se inmoaie in sirop, cateva zile la rand, pana se obtine ca un fel de carnat, maroniu, dulce si crocant la interior.</p>
<p>In curand, soutzouko s-ar putea sa primeasca DOC (denumire de origine controlata) si o metoda de producere semi-automata, care va scurta semnificativ &#8216;gatitul&#8217;. Deci, pe viitor, s-ar putea sa-l gasim si la noi in magazine (asa cum gasim si haloumi, din cand in cand).</p>

<p>Te asteptam cu meniul nostru special de Paste mai modern si mai colorat. Am inlocuit drobul cu o terina de rata, friptura de miel cu tagine marocana si pasca cu branza cu un cheesecake pestrit. Iar daca accesezi bannerul de concurs, poti castiga invitatii la evenimentul asortat cu licori aromate! Cristina Mazilu, noul Redactor-sef de la revista Good Food si Adina Scortescu, Food Editorul nostru, vor gati pentru tine vineri intre 15:00 si 18:00, sambata intre 15:00 si 17:00, iar duminica intre 13:00 si 15:00.</p>
<p>In plus, organizatorii GoodWine te asteapta cu vinuri premium si de colectie pentru a fi degustate la standurile producatorilor prezenti in expozitie.</p>

<p>Incepand de azi gasesti la chioscuri noul numar al revistei, in care ti-am pregatit bunatati proaspete de primavara. De asemenea, te poti pregati din timp pentru Paste, cu un meniu special &#8211; daca anul asta vrei ca pe langa drob, friptura de miel la cuptor si pasca cu branza sa incerci si altceva, reinventeaza traditia alaturi de noi. Good Food iti propune tagine de miel cu cartofi dulci si curmale, terina de rata si porc cu merisoare si fistic, dar si cheesecake cu ciocolata alba.</p>
<p>N-am uitat insa nici de post, asa ca poti incerca salata de grau bulgur cu stafide si fistic, fasole alba cu ceapa coapta si rosii, risotto primavera, paste cu busuioc, conopida prajita in sos de patrunjel sau supa salsa.</p>
<p>Iar daca vrei sa te rasfeti, vei gasi in paginile revistei reteta perfecta pentru zile de ciocolata: tort, briose si macarons.</p>
<p>De asemenea, descopera beneficiile dietei lacto-ovo-vegetariene si citeste despre nutrientii pe care organismul tau ii pierde atunci cand iei masa pe fuga.</p>
<p>Nu in ultimul rand, afla ca ti-am pregatit si doua concursuri online, la care poti participa accesand bannerele din dreapta.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Am observat ca in jurul meu se vorbeste tot mai des despre diete. Sa fie “de vina” primavara care isi face simtita prezenta din ce in ce mai mult si, ca urmare, suntem nevoite sa trecem la o tinuta mai sumara? Indiferent de motiv, cred ca dietele, oricare ar fi ele, sunt utile pana la un punct. Toate curele de slabire ascund un sambure de adevar, iar fiecare dintre noi trebuie sa descopere pentru sine ce merge si ce nu atunci cand vrea sa scape de cateva kilograme in plus. Suntem unici si nu cred sa existe o “dieta-panaceu”.</p>

<p>Cred insa ca exista ceva valabil pentru fiecare dintre noi: daca mancam pe fuga, cu gandul oriunde in alta parte decat la ceea ce avem in farfurie, pierdem, de fapt, o mare parte din nutrienti. O tehnica foarte simpla pentru a evita starea de stres atunci cand mancam este sa ne concentram atentia pe atmosfera din timpul mesei – cum includem familia in pregatirea mesei, ce muzica ascultam in timp ce mancam, in compania cui luam masa, daca spunem sau nu povesti. Pe scurt, trebuie sa ne concentram atentia pe ritualul de a lua masa.</p>
<p>Cu cat suntem mai relaxati in timp ce mancam, cu atat creste capacitatea de a digera, de a arde calorii si, prin urmare, de a slabi&#8230; fara a tine o dieta anume.</p>

Ne-am pus pe testat retete pentru Desert Expo si de unde ma asteptam ca toata lumea din redactie sa fie amatoare de ciocolata si in unanimitate de acord ca prajiturile cu ciocolata sunt cele mai bune... ei bine nu!]]></description>

<p>Ne-am pus pe testat retete pentru Desert Expo si de unde ma asteptam ca toata lumea din redactie sa fie amatoare de ciocolata si in unanimitate de acord ca prajiturile cu ciocolata sunt cele mai bune&#8230; ei bine nu!</p>
<p>Unora le plac cele cu fructe, sau fara zahar, sau mai sunt chiar persoane care nu mananca ciocolata.</p>
<p>Asa ca, uite ce iti propunem: prepara si tu desertul tau favorit si vino cu o portie la Desert Expo, la standul Good Food, sambata, la ora 14. Le testam pe toate si cel mai bun desert il premiem. Iar eu sunt gata sa reconsider parerea mea despre ciocolata!</p>
<p>Daca ai uitat cumva, Desert Expo va fi de vineri pana sambata la Baneasa Shopping City, etajul 1.</p>
