<p>Ne-am pus pe testat retete pentru Desert Expo si de unde ma asteptam ca toata lumea din redactie sa fie amatoare de ciocolata si in unanimitate de acord ca prajiturile cu ciocolata sunt cele mai bune&#8230; ei bine nu!</p>
<p>Unora le plac cele cu fructe, sau fara zahar, sau mai sunt chiar persoane care nu mananca ciocolata.</p>
<p>Asa ca, uite ce iti propunem: prepara si tu desertul tau favorit si vino cu o portie la Desert Expo, la standul Good Food, sambata, la ora 14. Le testam pe toate si cel mai bun desert il premiem. Iar eu sunt gata sa reconsider parerea mea despre ciocolata!</p>
<p>Daca ai uitat cumva, Desert Expo va fi de vineri pana sambata la Baneasa Shopping City, etajul 1.</p>

O supa cremoasa, calda si aromata este exact ce iti trebuie pentru iarna asta care nu ne da pace. Ca sa economisesti timp, secretul este sa prepari supa de baza din cuburile Knorr. ]]></description>

<p>O supa cremoasa, calda si aromata este exact ce iti trebuie pentru iarna asta care nu ne da pace. Ca sa economisesti timp, secretul este sa prepari supa de baza din cuburile Knorr.</p>
<p>Iti propun sa incerci o supa vegetariana, cu continut scazut de grasimi, in care sa folosesti “Cel mai bun Cub Knorr de pana acum.”</p>
<p>Se prajesc in putin ulei 200g de legume crude tocate (cum ar fi ceapa, telina si morcovii) cu 300g de cartofi, curatati si taiati cubulete, pentru cateva minute, pana cand incep sa se inmoaie. Se acopera cu 700ml de supa din 1 1/2 Knorr Cub Legume – baza fiecarei supe gustose – si se fierb 10-15 minute pana cand legumele se inmoaie. Se amesteca cu un blender pana la omogenizare, apoi se asezoneaza. Se serveste cu smantana si cu verdeturi proaspete. Se poate congela pana la 1 luna.</p>
<p>Knorr iti ureaza pofta buna!</p>

<p>Vino La masa cu Good Food la Desert Expo, in perioada 12-14 februarie, in Baneasa Shopping City.<br />
De Valentine’s Day te asteptam in bucataria noastra si te invitam sa degusti deserturi cu inima de ciocolata: Moelleux au chocolat, Mendiants si Spuma de ciocolata cu cardamom, reteta din meniul special de Valentine’s Day din editia de februarie a revistei. </p>
<p>“Cea mai dulce expozitie”, Desert Expo, va gazdui delicioase dulciuri, ciocolata, prajituri, napolitane, biscuiti, inghetata, vinuri, intr-un cuvant “delicatese”.</p>
<p>Participantii vor prezenta ultimele noutati din domeniu, iar vizitatorii vor putea lua parte  la degustari de produse. “Cel mai bun desert” va fi declarat castigator de un juriu international format din specialisti.<br />
Targul va fi deschis de la 10 la 22, iar intrarea va fi libera. </p>

		<description><![CDATA[Cat este inca iarna, profit de nevoia de a lumina diminetile intunecate cu dulciuri pline de bunatati.
Noul meu ingredient favorit este caramelul, mai ales ca imi place mult minunatul <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dulce_de_leche" target="_blank">dulce de leche</a> argentinian.

<p>Si pentru ca mi s-a terminat rezerva de dulce de leche, m-am pus pe fabricat propriul caramel, numai bun de mancat cu biscuiti, croissante sau paine.</p>
<p>Am folosit aproximativ:</p>
<p>125g zahar<br />
100g unt<br />
70ml frisca lichida</p>
<p>Am topit zaharul si cand s-a inchis la culoare am adaugat untul si am amestecat bine cu un tel. Dupa ce s-a topit untul, am luat cratita de pe foc si am adaugat frisca. Am amestecat in continuare pana s-a omogenizat.<br />
Am lasat la racit caramelul si l-am turnat intr-un borcan, numai bun de &#8220;adapostit&#8221; in frigider.</p>
<p>Ai grija, daca faci si tu caramel sa folosesti o cratita mare, pentru ca, atunci cand vei adauga untul, compozitia va face spuma si se va umfla.</p>

<p>Nu astepta primavara ca sa treci la o dieta mai usoara. Noul numar de Good Food te invata cum sa mananci sanatos: paste cu broccoli si salvie, pui umplut in stil marocan, ananas glazurat cu branza dulce si scortisoara. </p>
<p>Ti-am pregatit si un meniu special de Valentine’s, care sa-ti incalzeasca inima: sparanghel cu unt si capere, pastrav cu ghimbir si spuma de ciocolata cu cardamom. </p>
<p>Poti gasi Good Food de februarie incepand de astazi la chioscuri. </p>
<p>Sa nu uit! Neaparat arunca un ochi si in sectiunea de Sanatate. Elena a lansat o rubrica noua si plina de sfaturi utile: Psiho-nutritie. </p>

O cina grozava, un mic dejun consistent si numai bun de luat la pachet la birou.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cat a nins m-am bucurat de zapada care a fost la fel de pufoasa cum mi-o aminteam din copilarie, cand mergeam cu sania la derdelus. Cu rasuflarea inghetata am recreat un alt moment pufos de cand eram copil: sufleul de dovlecei.</p>
<p>Este o cina grozava, un mic dejun consistent si numai bun de luat la pachet la birou.</p>

<p>Iata si reteta:</p>
<p>3 dovlecei<br />
5 oua<br />
3 pachete branza de vaci<br />
100g cascaval ras<br />
80g unt<br />
2-3 linguri de faina</p>
<p>1 Dovleceii se curata si se taie cubulete. Se pun la fiert pentru 10 minute, dupa care se strecoara si se dau deoparte.</p>
<p>2 Se amesteca intr-un bol branza de vaci cu galbenusurile, sare si piper si se adauga pe parcurs: cascavalul ras, apoi untul taiat marunt si faina.</p>
<p>3 Se incinge cuptorul la 200C. Albusurile se bat spuma separat dupa care se incorporeaza incet cu ajutorul unei linguri in compozitia cu branza. La final se adauga si cubuletele de dovlecei. Se rastoarna intr-o forma termorezistenta si se da la cuptor pentru 50-55 de minute, la 180-200C.</p>

<p>Ne-am intampinat oaspetii in vechea bucatarie a casei in care are loc Targul Carturestilor, cu un mic dejun satios: fritate cu mazare si branza sau cu somon, morcovi si cartofi si tarte cu sfecla si branza de capra sau cu ciuperci si parmezan.</p>
<p>Ne-a dat o mana de ajutor si Bogdan, participant deja cunoscut al campaniei noastre <a href="http://goodfood.ro/category/copiii-in-bucatarie/" target="_blank">Copiii in bucatarie</a>.</p>
<p>Cat despre colegii de la <a href="http://www.goodhomes.ro" target="_blank">Good Homes</a>, ei au confectionat decoratiuni de Craciun handmade pentru un Craciun cat mai calduros si plin de farmec.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Daca tot e Craciun, nu se putea sa nu testez si reteta Sandei Marin de Turta dulce (1). A iesit un fel de chec foarte aromat, plin de nuci si cam &#8220;boozy&#8221; de la rom.<br />
Si se face asa:</p>
<p>350g miere<br />
350g faina<br />
3 oua<br />
3 linguri zahar<br />
1/2 lingurita bicarbonat<br />
un varf de lingurita scortisoara<br />
un varf de lingurita cuisoare<br />
1 lingura rom<br />
1 lingura ulei<br />
1 1/4 pahar nuci sferturi</p>
<p>Se pune mierea in vasul in care vei pregati compozitia si se amesteca la foc foarte mic pana se inmoaie. Se da deoparte, se pune faina cernuta putin cate putin si, dupa ce amestecul s-a mai racorit, ouale intregi, pe rand. Se freaca totul bine, se mai adauga 1/2 lingurita bicarbonat, apoi cuisoarele si scortisoara macinate, romul, uleiul si nucile curatate, lasate nesfaramate. Se unge o forma de chec cu unt, se toarna compozitia, se pun deasupra sferturi de nuca si se coace la foc potrivit pentru aprox. jumatate de ora, 45 de minute (verifica daca este gata cu ajutorul unei scobitori &#8211; atunci cand nu mai ramane aluat pe scobitoare, inseamna ca e gata).</p>

Asadar, la cererea publicului, iata si reteta Adinei.</p>

<p>250g unt, moale<br />
2 pachete condimente pentru vin fiert Kamis<br />
1 lingurita scortisoara<br />
4 galbenusuri si 1 ou intreg<br />
120g miere lichida<br />
500g faina</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, se freaca untul cu condimentele si scortisoara, se adauga galbenusurile si oul, apoi mierea. Dupa ce amestecul s-a omogenizat, se adauga faina. Se framanta aluatul jumatate de minut, pana se incorporeaza toata faina si se da la rece cel putin 2 ore.<br />
Se intinde aluatul pe o suprafata de lucru tapetata cu faina, pana cand foaia ajunge la o grosime de aproximativ 4 mm. Se decupeaza cu forme de biscuiti si se baga la cuptorul incins la 180C, timp de 10 minute. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mie nu-mi place deloc ghimbirul, dar nici nu m-am putut abtine sa nu incerc reteta de pe coperta din decembrie. Asa ca am facut ce imi place mie mai mult: am adaptat-o <img src='http://goodfood.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /><br />
Am inlocuit ghimbirul cu delicioase caise confiate. Adina nu s-a ingrozit chiar pe cat de tare pe asteptam eu <img src='http://goodfood.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /><br />
A durat cu totul 1 ora, dar dupa prima jumatate de ora a trebuit sa stea la congelator peste noapte. Asa ca nu este genul acela de desert pe care sa il poti manca imediat.</p>
<p>Iata si reteta adaptata:</p>
<p>340g caise confiate<br />
150g de ciocolata neagra<br />
568ml de frisca lichida<br />
50g de zahar brun<br />
50g fulgi de migdale</p>
<p>1  Se tapeteaza cu folie de plastic un bol de 1 litru, care poate fi bagat la congelator. Se taie marunt caisele confiate. Cu un cutit mare se taie 50g din ciocolata si se pun deoparte. Se masoara 450ml de frisca lichida intr-un bol, apoi se bate pana cand se tine. Cu o lingura, se incorporeaza in frisca caisel si ciocolata maruntita.<br />
2 Se pune cu o lingura amestecul in bolul tapetat si se niveleaza la suprafata. Se acopera cu folie si se congeleaza cel putin 4 ore sau &#8211; mai bine &#8211; peste noapte, pana cand se intareste.<br />
3 Se intinde folie de aluminiu peste o planseta de lemn, apoi se unge folia cu putin ulei. Intr-o cratita cu fund dublu, se incalzeste usor zaharul, fara sa amesteci, pana cand se topeste si devine un caramel auriu. Poti misca cratita putin, ca sa se topeasca uniform, daca este nevoie. Se ia de pe foc si se adauga fulgii de migdale. Se rastoarna peste folia de aluminiu, se intinde cu dosul unei linguri de metal unse cu ulei si se lasa deoparte sa se intareasca.<br />
4 Se toarna restul de frisca lichida intr-o craticioara. Se rupe in bucati restul de ciocolata, se adauga peste frisca si se lasa la foc mic, amestecand pana se topeste ciocolata. Se lasa deoparte sa se raceasca.<br />
5 Dupa ce s-a intarit caramelul, se rupe in bucati, lovindu-l cu un sucitor. Trebuie sa iasa un amestec de bucati mai mari si mai mici.<br />
6 Dupa ce s-a racit sosul de ciocolata si s-a ingrosat suficient incat sa poata fi folosit drept glazura, se rastoarna pe un platou inghetata din forma de budinca. Se dezlipeste plasticul de pe ea. Se unge inghetata cu un strat de sos de ciocolata pe toate partile, cat mai uniform. Se adauga pe rand, cate un strat de sos, dupa ce se intareste cel dinainte, pana se foloseste tot sosul. Se presara bucatile de caramel si se pune la congelator pana se intareste. Pentru conservare la congelator, se inveleste in folie alimentara.<br />
7 Se transfera la frigider cu 45 de minute inainte de a o servi. </p>
